Speed Bag Lessons Beginner-Advanced
The following are the platform descriptions and what we need from you when choosing said platform.
Zoom - will need to download the Zoom app on your Mac, PC, or cell phone. We will send you an email with the link to join. Make sure you leave us a good email address.
Instagram - when you go to your messages, the top right has a video icon. That is where we will start. We will reach out through your Instagram DM, as well as, your email to confirm lesson.
Facetime - Make sure you leave your cell number.
Jeff works full time M-F. Lessons will be scheduled Mon - Fri, 6:00pm-9:00pm. Sat & Sun, 2:00pm-5:00pm. All times are CST.
If you need a time frame different from this, let us know & we will try to accommodate.

I started working-out on the speedbag in my local standard equipped gym here in Park City Utah about 6 months ago at age 84. Your u tube videos were the only ones I could find that were more interested in teaching than in showing off what you could do. Even watching Alan Kahn and ordering his video were not as informative.
